Acceptable Use Policy for GoTo Services

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines rules for using GoTo’s Services and is part of the Agreement. From time to time, we may modify this AUP. By continuing to use the Services after we have made changes to this AUP, you accept the changes.

Prohibited Activities. When using or interacting with our Services, you agree not to engage in, or allow your users or attendees to engage in, any of the following behaviors:

Illegal or harmful activities	Using the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations. Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior. Transmitting indecent, obscene, or unlawful material. Exploiting or harming others. Sending unauthorized advertising, spam, or bulk messages without consent or other legal basis. Engaging in continuous or repetitive calls or messaging in a way that does or reasonably might lead to complaints.
Misrepresentation or fraud	Providing misleading information, including misleading others about your identity or the source or origin of a communication. Using the Services to commit fraud or impersonate any person or entity.
Unauthorized use	Modifying, preparing derivative works of, or reverse engineering our Services. Marketing or reselling the Services to any third party without our express written permission. Using the Services in an excessive manner. Performing autodialing or automated use inconsistent with typical human operation without our permission. Using the Services for long-duration calls, especially in or to high-cost areas. Sending messages that violate established industry guidance or requirements, including guidance from the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) or the wireless industry generally.
Unauthorized collection or use of data	Harvesting, collecting, or gathering user data without their consent, where required, or otherwise without legal authorization. Intercepting, monitoring, or recording communications without consent, where required, or otherwise without legal authorization.
Compromising the integrity of our Services or networks	Using the Services in a way that disrupts our networks, user accounts, or the Services. Attempting to bypass Service restrictions or exploit Service limitations. Engaging in any form of penetration testing, network scanning, vulnerability scanning, or other activities designed to identify vulnerabilities within the Services unless required by law or we have given our explicit consent.
High-risk use	You understand that the Services are not designed or intended for use during high-risk activities which include, but are not limited to use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, weapons systems, aircraft navigation, control, or communications systems, and/or life support systems.

Monitoring. To enforce this AUP and the Agreement, and to fulfill GoTo’s obligations to its carriers and to law enforcement, as applicable, GoTo may monitor or review messages or other communications sent or received with the Services, subject to applicable law.

Consequences for Violation. If you violate this AUP, we may take reasonable actions including terminating your account, suspending your access to the Services, or reporting to relevant authorities. If you have services for which phone numbers are assigned exclusively to you, you may also lose the ability to transfer the phone numbers to another provider.

Additional Terms; No Waiver of Rights. This AUP is not exhaustive and does not replace other restrictions or limitations in the Agreement or under applicable law. If we fail to respond fully to a violation of this AUP, that failure does not waive any of our rights.
