Import and update contacts into GoTo from ServiceNow, enable Screen pop, Call Logging, and messaging history.

How to install

Install through the GoTo Connect Admin portal.

  1. Within the GoTo admin portal navigate to the Home/integrations tab.
  2. Select ServiceNow from the list of available options.
  3. Sign into ServiceNow on the account information tab.
  4. Move to the Workflows tab and toggle any or all workflows.
