How To Install


Obtain Sageify Credentials

  • Contact SAGEiFY at hello@sageify.co or sign up at www.sageify.co to receive your team account credentials.
  • Select the members of your team whose calls need to be transcribed. They should all use the same email address as the one used for GoTo

Connect to your GoTo Account

  • From the SAGEiFY’s Team Admin account, navigate to the VoiP sync and select GoTo.

Sync & Extract Data

  • Once authorized, SAGEiFY will automatically retrieve new call recordings from GoTo Connect, transcribe them, and enrich them with AI-powered insights.

Backdate Data

  • SAGEiFY can also backdate recorded calls to populate the platform with historical data. Please contact the SAGEiFY team to arrange this.
