Integrations with Compliance and Patch Management modules of OPSWAT Endpoint Security SDK provide comprehensive antivirus management and streamline updates across thousands of endpoint applications
GoTo, the company making IT management, support, and business communications easy, has announced the integration of OPSWAT Endpoint Security SDK for its GoTo Resolve and LogMeIn Central products. The integration of the Endpoint Security Compliance module in GoTo Resolve and Central provides powerful third-party antivirus management capabilities and the Patch Management module for Central ensures that applications remain up-to-date and compliant. The integrations in both products save valuable resources and mitigate the risk of security vulnerabilities for IT teams.
With the OPSWAT Compliance module, IT leaders can monitor the antivirus software installed and running on any devices managed by GoTo Resolve or Central, and remotely run simple or comprehensive scans. Teams are also able to update virus definition libraries from OPSWAT Endpoint Security SDK to ensure devices are actively monitoring for and protected from new threats. The integration enables customers to manage more than 200 antivirus applications from third-party software providers including Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, and more.
Central’s Application Updates feature leverages OPSWAT’s Patch Management module to scan endpoints for out-of-date software and automatically identify, approve, and deploy patches or updates to the latest version with no interruption to the end user. That means IT teams spend less time on maintenance while ensuring control over the business’ network and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
“GoTo Resolve and LogMeIn Central are used to manage and support millions of devices around the world. By integrating with OPSWAT, we’re making it faster and easier than ever to ensure their endpoints are up-to-date, fully compliant, and secure,” said Anand Rajaram, Vice President of Product at GoTo. “OPSWAT Endpoint Security SDK’s Compliance and Patch Management give IT teams essential insight and control over the third-party tools they rely on, and now teams can manage those capabilities directly within our solutions.”
“We’re excited about this new step in our longstanding partnership with GoTo. They are a leader in enterprise IT management and access solutions. Our technology helps protect over 150 million endpoints worldwide through our enterprise partners like GoTo,” said Itay Glick, OPSWAT’s Vice President of Products. “Expanding the functionality on the endpoint to include device compliance and patch management is an ideal combination of technology from GoTo and OPSWAT.”
