How does it work?
InRoom Link for GoTo Meeting integrates with H.323 and SIP-supported video conferencing systems. When you schedule rooms with a Polycom Group Series or Debut system for a GoTo Meeting session, your meeting information will be included right in the upcoming events.
Polycom RealPresence Group Series and Debut systems pull the calendar information from GoTo Meeting and add it to the in-room device home screen for relevant upcoming meetings. As a meeting participant, all you have to do is click the meeting icon in the upcoming events list to instantly join the GoTo Meeting session.
What devices are supported?
GoTo Meeting InRoom Link is compatible with Polycom RealPresence Group Series 300/310/500/700 systems and Polycom RealPresence Debut systems.
Together, these features allow teams to flawlessly leverage their existing conference room hardware with GoTo Meeting across the entire organization, with minimal hassle for both IT and employees. Talk about a match made in meeting heaven.
