Powered by Bitdefender, GoTo Resolve Endpoint Protection is available as an add-on and designed to safeguard against malware, viruses, and other forms of cyberattacks – all from a central dashboard, streamlining management of antivirus protection across all devices.

There are features that can be controlled directly from the GoTo Resolve console and additional supported features that can be controlled at a device level but not centrally from the console. 

Customers will be able to do the following directly from the GoTo Resolve console: 

• Quick scans: Scan specific areas of the system quickly when time is of essence or when a full system scan is not feasible.
  
• Full scans: Perform a thorough scan of the entire system to detect and remove any malware or viruses in the system.
  
• Update antivirus definition: Ensure all devices are up to date and protected against new malware or viruses. GoTo Resolve Endpoint Protection provides regular updates to the antivirus definition to ensure that the system is protected against the latest threats.
  
• Turn on/off firewall: Turn on/off the firewall feature and protect against network-based attacks by preventing unauthorized access to the system. 
 
• Enable real-time protection: Continuous protection against malware threats, with minimal impact on system performance (always on, running automatically in the background). 
 
• Tailor endpoint protection policies: Set different protection strategies for specific devices or device groups, right from the console.
