The National Energy Foundation (NEF) is an independent charity working to improve energy use in buildings – helping to reduce fuel poverty and cut household carbon emissions.

When the pandemic forced the charity to switch to remote working, it needed to find a replacement for its desktop phone system so it could maintain the effectiveness of its services.
