Success Story: Land Use Consultants (LUC)
Environmental consultancy firm Land Use Consultants (LUC) ** needed a unified communications and collaboration solution to connect its 280-strong workforce across the UK. The company had been using a combination of Microsoft Teams and a separate hosted telephony solution, but the lack of integration between the two caused a number of problems – which were exacerbated during the pandemic.
Microsoft Teams was embedded as the primary collaboration tool throughout the organisation, so any new telephony platform needed to integrate fully with Teams. LUC appointed IT solutions consultancy SaaSCom to help it find a new Teams-centric telephony solution via a competitive tender process.
