Voicemail is any system or feature that records, stores, and plays back voice messages. Voicemail is usually a basic feature offered by telecommunications services. Voicemail messages are typically stored on your service provider’s server in a space designated as your voice “mailbox.” Virtual voicemail is a feature which allows voicemail messages to be stored in the cloud.
