To join a video conference, click an invite link or enter the organizer’s meeting room name. GoTo will launch as a desktop app or open a video conference session in your browser. Turn on your webcam and join the conversation.

If your computer doesn’t already have a webcam pre-installed, then you’ll need a separate webcam. Our video conferencing software works with most webcams, but based on our testing, we recommend Logitech webcams. We also offer all-in-one conference room equipment that includes high-quality webcams and audio devices.

Depending on the plan you choose, Goto can accommodate up to 250 participants in your online meetings. Up to 25 people can share their webcam at the same time. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone on the video call.

You can! Our highly rated mobile apps are perfect for video calling on the go. Start or join a video conference from anywhere on your iOS or Android mobile device. You can then see the webcams of other attendees and share your own in a tap. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the apps.

• Make sure your webcam is in a stable position on your computer or monitor – especially if you have a desk you raise and lower often.
• Choose a location with good lighting. If you're sitting in front of a window, try moving to another spot so attendees aren’t looking at your silhouette the entire time.
• Position your webcam (and yourself!) so that your face fills up a good portion of the webcam viewer. The closer you are, the easier it is to read your expressions.
