MeetRox
Overview
MeetRox is a tool designed to help sales representatives achieve greater productivity and provide leadership with enhanced visibility into the sales process.
The integration with GoTo was developed to capture phone calls and transcribe them with high quality. In other words, as soon as the call is completed, it is automatically sent to MeetRox. This allows the operation's leadership to have visibility into what was discussed with the customer and ensure that the sales process is following the intended pitch.
Currently, MeetRox connects with video call solutions, VoIP systems, and, most importantly, CRMs.
Video Calls: Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Telephony: MeeTime, Ravena, Zenvia, GoTo, and Twilio.
CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, RD Station, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, and Ploomes.
