In a holistic, systems-thinking way, our ESG priorities are integrated enterprise-wide, actively involving all stakeholders.

Environmental Sustainability

GoTo is committed to science-aligned climate action and building sustainable practices for both our offices as well the thousands of home offices our employees work out of as a part of our remote-centric organization. The purchase of Energy Attribute Credits (EACs) is critical to GoTo’s ongoing commitment to decarbonization. This enables us to mitigate our Scope 2 emissions. EACs allow us to match our global electricity usage with 100% renewable energy. This is important because there is a significant fossil fuel component in the generation mix of the day-to-day power on which we rely. Instead of procuring carbon offsets from the voluntary market, we actively engaged in reforestation efforts through partnerships with nonprofit organizations around the world. In our operations, we prioritize using data centers that are powered by renewable energy, have high energy efficiency standards, and high ratings from Greenpeace. We have reduced corporate travel and procured certified carbon offsets for emissions attributed to necessary travel.

GoTo Gives is the vehicle through which we fulfill our mission to create a more sustainable world by connecting the next generation workforce to the power of possibilities. Our three impact areas are: Education & Youth, Environmental Stewardship, and Community Action. Through financial support and direct service, GoTo employees lead with purpose.

ESG Business Alignment

Environmental, Social, and Governance factors are embedded into GoTo’s business model. A leading example of this is our environmental handprint. The use of GoTo products reduces the need for business travel, specifically air travel, a significant source of global emissions. Our technology, including products such as GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar, connects millions of people from anywhere, and products such as LogMeIn Rescue and GoTo Resolve enable IT teams to provide technical troubleshooting and support remotely and effectively.

ESG Policy

Employee Health & Safety

Our workforce is now remote-centric, so we have reimagined our support in this area. Thrive, GoTo’s corporate wellness program, emphasizes the mental and physical and social well-being of employees, providing integrated digital self-care tools, coaching and EAP supports and wellness global activities to support everyday life stressors, transitions, and challenges using evidence-based techniques. Our quarterly Self Care Days allow employees the opportunity to recharge, spend time with family, or take up new hobbies.
