GoTo Global System Integrators event showcased latest product developments, IT industry trends, and celebrated top-performing LogMeIn Rescue deployments
GoTo, the company making IT management, support, and business communications easy, today announced highlights from the company’s bi-annual GSI Think-Tank. The event provides a platform for Global System Integrators (GSIs) to innovate with GoTo and collaboratively develop meaningful product enhancements to ensure best-in-class employee and customer experiences worldwide.
GSIs play an important role as technology advisors and guides for leading enterprises around the world. The Think-Tank brings together leaders across GoTo’s GSI Partner Network to share insights on the challenges facing their clients and feedback on GoTo’s IT solutions.
“We are currently on our fourth edition of the GSI Think-Tank, and this was one of our largest forums ever, with roughly 50 digital workplace leaders in attendance from 12 unique GSIs across North America, Europe, and India,” said Mathew Philip, Senior Director & Global Head, GSI at GoTo. “The feedback and direction we get from this group is critical to making sure that GoTo products continue to evolve to fit the needs of our Partners and customers.”
GoTo also celebrated outstanding LogMeIn Rescue deployment projects as part of the event, with awards given to the top achieving members of the GSI Partner Network. The winners included:
- Best adoption and usage of LogMeIn Rescue - Tata Consultancy Services
- Best internal IT deployment of LogMeIn Rescue - Cognizant
- Best KPI and results achieved with LogMeIn Rescue - Wipro
- Long service Partner award - Accenture
“This year's GoTo GSI Virtual Think-Tank was, as always, a great event, and I was excited to hear about key updates from GoTo for its enterprise remote support solution, LogMeIn Rescue,” said Mrinal Rai, Assistant Research Director and Principal Analyst at Information Services Group (ISG). “I also enjoyed the opportunity to present on the trends impacting remote support and AI, including AI’s role in remote IT and the expanded scope of Managed Digital Workplace Service Providers.”
"Our Think-Tank events provide a valuable opportunity for us to have thoughtful conversations with the GSI community and introduce our latest solutions and capabilities to them. We are navigating the AI platform shift by working closely with our GSI partners, and this year we introduced a range of powerful AI innovations that drive new intelligence, insights, and automation,” said Anand Rajaram, VP of Product at GoTo. “Recent AI enhancements to Rescue were the result of prior Think-Tank events. By working together with our GSI Partner Network, GoTo’s product teams and AI Center Of Excellence will continue to unlock the potential of AI in our solutions to drive new innovations and value for our collective customer base."
